On September 4th, we held our first card making session for the Stampin' Up! year.

We had a good time using new stamps, inks, paper, and accessories.

We are nearing the end of our Stampin' Up! year.  Our new catalog will go live on June 3rd!

Christmas Tags

With Thanksgiving coming up next week, you might not be thinking of Christmas just yet.  However, it'll be here before you know it!  

At last month's gathering, we made Christmas cards.  This time, we'll take a break from card making and instead have a fun time making Christmas tags!

We've been having a great time making cards at our monthly gatherings.  Not only do we have fun crafting, we also have fun talking and getting to know one another.  It definitely is a nice way to relax and enjoy some great company.  In case you missed out, here are pictures of what we made.

April Stamp-A-Stack

To get ready for a couple of upcoming holidays, our next Stamp-A-Stack will include a Mother's Day card and a Father's Day card. We'll also be making a thank you card. You can never have too many of those! To meet your needs, you will have the option to change the greetings for each card.

This month, I'll be offering 2 dates and times:

7:30 PM-9:30 PM

Saturday, April 5
9:00 AM-11:00 AM

Cost: $10 for 6 cards and envelopes

Option One: 2 each of 3 designs
Option Two: 3 each of 2 designs
Option Three: 6 of 1 design

For Option Two and Three, please indicate which cards you would like to make.

If you bring a friend, your cost is only $8! (Adults only please).

If you and at least 2 friends are interested, but can't make it to these dates, let me know and we can schedule a special session!

March Stamp-A-Stack

Can you believe that it is almost March?  The first couple of months have flown by. 
It's time for our March Stamp-A-Stack!  For $10 you can have 6 homemade cards and envelopes. 

There are 3 options:

Option 1: Make 2 each of 3 designs
Option 2: Make 3 each of 2 designs
Option 3: Make 6 of 1 design

If you bring a friend, your price is only $8.
If you make a purchase of $45, then your class is free.
If you make a purchase of $50, then your class is free plus you earn a free Sale-A-Bration product!  That's the best deal of all!

January Man class and February Stamp-A-Stack

In January, I held my first ever Man Class!  My hubby entitled it "Man Up! Stamp Up!".  We had 14 guys come out and make Valentine cards for their wives.  It was interesting to see how excited and focused they were on making their cards.  They made a cool spinner card (see picture below).  I'm sure their wives were very impressed.

In February, the ladies got together for our monthly Stamp-A-Stack where we made Valentine cards (the same one the men made) and birthday cards. 

 

 

I had so much fun with the different groups of people.  I can't wait until the next one!

December Stamp-A-Stack

December was a busy month for most people.  It was probably filled with lots of food, shopping, and
parties.  It was nice to be able to take some time out to create these fun cards and tags.  Here are pictures of what we made at our December Stamp-A-Stack:

August Stamp-A-Stack!

Our next monthly class is coming up!  For $10 and just 2 hours of your time, you can have 6 cards and envelopes handmade!  If you come, you'll also receive the new 2013 Holiday Catalog for FREE!

This month, we'll be focusing on the "For the Birds" stamp set. 

At this class, you'll learn how to make a fancy swing card.  You will also get to try out heat embossing with a heat gun and our pewter embossing powder.

It's Birthday Card Time- Part 2

If you didn't get a chance to come out to the Birthday Stamp-A-Stack on October 15, there will be a second session on Sunday night, October 23. You could also book a private session at a time that is more convenient for you. If you're interested, let me know!

#2 Pennant Card- Have fun with our polka dot embossing folder and new pennant punch
#3 Flower Card- Learn how to make a simple flower using scallop circles

Card Options:
A: Make 6 cards in 1 design
B: Make 3 + 3 cards in 2 designs
C: Make 2 + 2 + 2 card in 3 designs

Make additional cards- $5 for every 3 cards (any design combo)

Please RSVP with your card choices and submit cash/check payment by Sunday, October 9.

If you are unable to attend, card kits can be purchased for $10. All pieces will be ready for assembly. Envelopes are included. Deadline to order is October 9.
